Once booked a welcome packet will be emailed to you. I usually like to meet up with the bride and groom at least once or twice throughout the process to talk about your day, what to expect, the time line and any special things you might be incorporating into the ceremony or reception. This also helps the groom feel more comfortable on the wedding day. This process also helps me know where to be when and any important guests to include. I will provide you with a couple documents via email before the engagement session and wedding of things to think about / helpful hints. Deposit is 50% of the collection you choose. 2nd Photographer is for 4 hours of coverage.
Destination Weddings:
Heather Fitch Photography is available for destination weddings anywhere in the United States. Pricing is the same as our local wedding photography packages with an additional $300/per day for lodging, meals and expenses. Airfare (a direct flight both ways) is the responsibility of the client. Please email me for further information.

A non-refundable deposit of 50 percent is required to reserve your wedding date. The balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding day. Prices subject to change without notice. If payment arrangements need to be made please email me. 2nd Photographer is contracted for 4 solid hours. Prime wedding dates must book prime packages.

These sessions are fun and usually relaxing. We will meet on location at an outdoor establishment. Where kids can be free to be themselves and families can enjoy their time. We will take a variety of shots from posed to candid trying to capture everyone’s personality.

All Senior sessions come with your yearbook image that we will turn in for you and edit for the yearbook.

Pre-wedding sessions are meant to be a fun personal time between the bride and groom. To capture their love and passion for each other before the big day. These sessions are a great way to get photos for Save the Date cards, photo gifts for parents and grandparents, or even to display at the wedding. They also can be used in a slide show that may play at the wedding or rehearsal dinner.

We recommend bringing a verity of props for use during maternity session. Blocks, bows, ribbon and fabric. Other fun options include ultra sound photos, baby booties and gift tags.
Discounts are available when scheduling both your maternity session and your newborn session with us.

Newborn Lifestyle Session $250
1 hour in home
30 edited images digital download with image print release
The best time for newborn photos are between 1 and 10 days old. Other items you might want to have on hand are special blankets, hats or a teddy bear. We do recommend having an extra change of clothes for baby, diapers, and extra blankets.
